Q: Does this gallon contain ammonia? I want ammonia to spray the garbage, then the cats won't scatter it all over the yard.

There is ammonia but the smell isn't strong. I doubt it would be a deterrent. There are cat deterrents on the market but maybe a tight fitting garbage can lid would be a better solution. If you want ammonia get pure ammonia. The smell is much stronger.

Q: Why is this priced more than twice than other stores are selling it for? Gouging? Will have to contact someone about this.

A store will charge what they believe the customer is willing to pay. That is why you should be a price conscious shopper. Always check prices at different stores for the best price.

Q: Is this multi-surface or not? Want to use for quartz countertop

We also had the same question and then found out that the One that says Windex Vinegar and is a clear liquid is one for Quartz counter tops. I assume that they have started labeling it as Streak free Vinegar. My wife and I have been using this 'clear' Windex Vinegar only for our brand new counter tops. Do not buy the one which is blue which is more for glass cleaning.
