I use these in place of breadcrumbs all the time. I use them for chicken, fish, in my meatballs. Great low carb option with good flavor. Their website has some good recipe ideas. The price is a little high but worth it to me. I have tried to make my own before and it’s just not the same. The size and texture is perfect. May take some getting used to if switching from regular breadcrumbs but I think it’s a great substitute.

love love love these nut crumbs. I cook a lot of fried eggplant and chicken but when I started keto needed an alternative for breadcrumbs. Nut crumbs are a perfect substitute plus they have more flavor. They burn faster than panko so be careful. I've tried the Italian flavored nut crumbs but found the garlic taste too strong. I just add dried herbs to the plain ones and got a perfect Italian taste. I highly recommend this product even if you're NOT doing keto.

Love this product! I use it to cot chicken like milanesa. I coated the chicken with egg first but it also sticks by itself. Amazing product.

I enjoyed the flavor of the nut crumbs. I was able to get the breading to stick after dipping the meat in an egg/cream wash however it fell off completely while eating it after baking. It also didn't brown for me like some of the other reviewers noted. Not sure if I need to do something different when cooking. I did scoop up the breading to eat with the pork chop but wished it had stayed on.
