I should have learned my lesson by now to be skeptical of products that have too many too good reviews. And sure enough... after I tried to sign up for my lifetime warranty on their website (which was really just a way to sign up for their "VIP" email list, with no place to sign up for the actual warranty that I could find), I got an email from them offer a free set of headphones for posting a review. I've only had the headphones for a couple of days. Not enough time in my opinion to assess their quality, though I have no complaints about the product itself. Only about shadiness of the company. So, as you're reading all the reviews here, keep in mind, most of these folks probably have had the headphones for two days and are taking the bait.

These headphones are a hot mess. The reasons are as follows1 - These come with 3 different options for ear bud tips. The problem is, the only inserts that provide a secure enough fit for running are the fins. And the only ones that have good sound quality and ANY bass whatsoever are the foamies. But you can't combine them. So your options are a secure fit with no bass and very weak sound OR great bass, great sound, and sound isolation, whilst battling with moving headphones that need to be re-seated every 30 seconds on your jog.2 - The magnets. Who's brilliant idea was this? These have big magnets on the back end of each earbud so they can clip together when hanging around your neck. Aside from adding unnecessary weight and length to the earbuds, thereby exacerbating the already poor stability, now I have to worry about keeping my phone, my computer, and other electronics at a distance so the magnet doesn't interfere with them and/or fry them (not to mention if you have a pacemaker, these things are now a health hazard). I guess if it's really important to you that your headphones can be worn like a necklace, then the instability, unnecessary size/bulk, danger to electronics, and potential for stopping someone's heart might be worth it. For me, it's by far the most ridiculous feature I've ever seen on a pair of headphones.3 - Instead of a simple sliding clip to corral the extra slack in the cord, some genius has constructed a convoluted two/clip system that I still haven't figure out. I've attached an image of the instructions that I had to go digging for online. I've been at this for 15 minutes and it still just isn't happening. Aside from the complicated instructions, the tracks on the clips aren't snug enough to keep the cord in place, rendering these pretty much useless. They also can't be adjusted. To adjust them you have to completely undo them and re-thread the cord through the tracks, which is like having to re-lace your shoes every time they come untied.4 - They're unnecessarily bulky. The thick body of the earphone stops me from being able to push the buds as deep into my ears as my other pairs. Aside from being uncomfortable, it makes them even less secure while jogging.5 - The range is truly pitiful. I'm a tall guy. And I can't even put my phone in my pocket because it's far enough away that the music cuts in and out. Same story for my laptop. If I so much as lean back in my chair, I lose the signal.Do not buy these.

Great bass response. Top end Freqs are clear and have punch. Best set of earbuds I’ve owned - period - and I’ve owned MANY pairs in my 64-year life of music!! Bluetooth connection to my iPhone 7 was immediate and problem free. I can get about 20 feet from the iPhone and maintain connectivity. Volume up/down and power buttons are small but I’m able too locate them when needed. I got about 9-hours of continuous play out of them today before a recharge was necessary.This was my 2nd pair - the first pair failed (right ear) after two-three days use. NOTE - contact the company and they’ll replace with no questions asked. I went to amazon first and only found the return / refund option and used it - the company contacted me the day after and offered apologies and an immediate replacement - but I’d already sent them back. Great customer service from Phaiser AND Amazon however.The package comes with 3 sets of ear plugs with the retaining hoop to hold them in your ears better - 3 sets of regular domes - and a set of expanding foam domes that aren’t nearly as comfortable as what comes mounted on the buds when received. There’s also coupons for additional - free - ear pieces. It all comes in a nice case with a charging cord for the set. You’ll spend more for less if you go with someone else - these folks deserve a try, I’ve been nothing but happy with the earbuds and the customer service.

I purchased these headphones and used them for about a year and honestly loved them. The sound was decent and the price was right. Sure they didn't sound as good as my wired ~$200 IEMs but I knew that going in. Fast forward to a month ago and one of the magnets came off one of the earbuds, they have a great warranty so I contacted the seller for a replacement which they provided very quickly.2nd Set- I noticed upon unpacking these that there was a rattle in the left earbud, no big deal I can live with that. However they would randomly power down regardless of their charge level. This was a problem as I use the earbuds for business calls regularly. I again contacted the seller and got another replacement set quickly and easily.3rd Set - After a couple of days of use these have also begun to randomly power down. After reading some recent negative reviews it seems like this issue has been fairly common so buyer beware.

Como audífonos funcionan muy bien, son muy prácticos, aíslan bien del sonido exterior y la calidad del sonido es muy buena. Sin embargo, los he tenido que cambiar porque dejaron de funcionar un día mientras hacía ejercicio, yo se lo atribuyo al sudor, pero no estoy seguro.Dejando a un lado ese detalle, me parece un muy buen producto. La garantía me fue aplicada correctamente y recibí otros completamente nuevos.

The magnet came off the right earphone and it is not working at all. How can I get replacement or repaired.
