This chair has been commercially tested - for 24/7 use - up to 400lbs.

Q: Can we buy the headrest attachment from Amazon?

I would buy a black (Licorice?) headrest if you (the seller) would add a listing for one.

No seat depth is not adjustable. Some people use a lumbar cushion to adjust especially if you are short stature. Amazing chair.
