I assumed they had a new design that was better. I began having foot pain
I have been using Lynco 405 inserts for my arches for over 10 years. I ordered these and they were different than the ones I have always used. I assumed they had a new design that was better. I began having foot pain, that eventually led to pain in my hip and knee. I spoke to a friend who is a physical therapist about my pain and he connected it back to these inserts not being correct. These are not the same as the original L405. I had to buy new inserts 2 weeks later and can no longer return these.very disappointed.:/

Great Orthotics
I originally paid $500 for doctor made orthotics. They were covered by insurance but I need to have 3 pair so I can put them in all my shoes. I was skeptical about buying these but found I like them even better than the $500 pair. The morton's pain has lessened and even though I paid out-of-pocket, they are well worth it!!

I am a woman, and my feet LOVE this insole!
Just bought these at a store in the area to replace the ones I bought five years ago. I have found the men's size works better for my bunions. Then I always buy shoes that have "give" in the bunion area, fabric and no hard plastics.I can't live without these. With bunions and a bit of a low arch, these are perfect. I wear these with New Balance running shoes that accommodate my bunions. I have to spend money on my shoes, but it's better than foot surgery from wearing bad shoes. I wore a size 8.5 medium shoe in my twenties. Now in my fifties, I need a women's 10W or a men's 8.5 4E in a New Balance shoe. If I didn't have bunions I wouldn't need a wide. Therefore, the only way I can get the wide shoe to work for me is to use an insole. The metatarsal support in these insoles is a MUST to relieve pressure on the balls of my feet. I believe I have bunions because I tend to have inflammation throughout my body.Men tend to be pickier about comfort than women, so I figured a men's insole would be better for my difficult feet. I buy men's athletic shoes and men's sport insoles. When you walk a half hour a day, you need a good pair of walkers.Anyone who has problems with too much pressure on the balls of your foot when you walk, like I do, would do well with these insoles.
