Ideal for everyday use and saves a fortune on professional waxing. The dial did fall off instantly when I went to use it but it can only pop on one way so you know the temperature is pretty accurate.The waxing beads are good and with the right temperature make minimal mess.Only thing I would say is it gets VERY hot. The wax ended up bubbling at one point so please do be careful to not give yourself 3rd degree burns. So long as you're careful, it's a fantastic cheap product. Plus it's called a waxing casserole so that added some humour before commencing the waxing pain on myself. Very happy

Unsure why it came in a box saying wax casserole.This was a gift for my niece and I’m not going to be able to give it to her without laughing my head off. She will think I’ve lost it.Warning about the box would be good for future buyers

I really like this wax machine it's very easy to use, the wax heats up in a good amount of time it doesn't irritate my skin either.

The machine is alright. Not easy to keep temperature so the wax stay melted. The lid it comes with it in mine was twisted so it pops out of the machine easy.I personally didn't like the wax at all, looks and feels like plastic.

The wax is rubbish so ise an alternative but the warmer is fine

I bought this wax warmer as a replacement for a much more expensive brand that had broken. WOW! I love that it comes with the wax beads. It’s so easy to use, heats the wax well and keeps a stable temperature. So cheap for the quality too. 5 stars!

Not painless like I was given the impression. Ouchhhh! Really drippy once melted and you have to apply fast. It dries to a hard plastic and doesn’t remove all hair. Wax machine itself is very good.

The product itself is easy to use although it does feel a little cheap. The temperature control and instructions are easy to follow....however it just doesn't work! The wax doesn't actually pull hairs out! It's also messy as the wax is stringy. I would avoid and stick to the wax strips this is going in the bin!
