I don’t remember, but it’s been great for me. It holds my hand towels with no problem, I can slide the toilet on and off easily, goes on anywhere and very easy to put on.

Close to 3”. It would work for regular Charmin rolls.

I believe it would stick to a rippled shower glass door. I would make sure the glass is clean and free of any soap scum before adhering the hooks. I used these in our camper shower and am very happy with them. Good quality.

Oh yeah!! Mine are like wallpaper, so if it holds on that, it’ll hold on paint, in my opinion.
