Good multi - but use with caution if you are on diabetic meds.
Purchased this for my husband. He liked everything about it but some of the pills didn't agree with him. He felt there was interference with his diabetic meds. So use caution. There were 2 or 3 capsules that he could no longer take. Everything else was okay. We probably won't buy them again only because of the interference.

I buy these packet for my husband so he will take vitamins. He can just keep some at the packets at work and it's easy and convenient.
