Not worth it just a sugary drink no caffeine no kick no nothing just sweet drink like juice not suitable for pre workout buy caffeine tablets instead

Energy level and effectiveness is gooood works too goood bt the only prob is it's way too sugary take any flavours my friend had watermelon and I had blueberry they were tooo sugary , bt even though if you wana have them go for watermelon I say !

10 to 20 times too sweet and flavoured for the caffeine dose
Sucralose is 500-1000x sweeter than sugar!! For this product the manufacturer put 10-20x to much for the caffeine dose. If only 1/50 teaspoon is used it gives a pleasant taste and sweetness but at that dose there is negligible caffeine.If highly diluted it makes a pleasant flavouring agent.
