Third purchase of this excellent power supply
I have 25 CCTV cameras around the house, Rather than using the individual "wall wart" type of power supply they come with, I used a centralized supply in my attic. I burned through two of the cheaper Chinese knock-offs of this power supply in under two years, so decided to spend a little more for this original one. I wrote a five-star review for my original purchase of this product (about 18 months ago), and it's still going strong.I recently added 14 powered blinds and some irrigation controllers, and again, rather than using their wall wart supplies, I bought another of these 29A Mean Well supplies, and it's working well. These supplies use much better quality components throughout than the knock-offs. (Don't waste your time/money on the knock-offs.)Update 07/09/20: And now I've purchased a third of the same. The first two continue to work flawlessly, despite them being subjected to my typical 110F attic temperature. One of these 350W supplies is plenty enough to power all of my cams and blinds at the same time but I need three only 'coz I want different 120V inputs feeding each of them:1. For my 11 outdoor security cams, with the 120V input coming from my UPS so they'll continue to work during a power outage.2. A second to power my blinds and irrigation stuff, with the 120V coming from the usual mains (no UPS required, and I don't want to drain the UPS battery unnecessarily).3. And a third for my 5 indoor security cams, also powered from the UPS but through a Vera Z-Wave controlled outlet that I use to turn off the power for indoor camera privacy when home, and power on when away. I was originally using five separate 12V wall-warts on a power bar for this purpose but, as I'm tidying up my equipment in the attic, decided to splurge for another of these Mean Well supplies.Anyway, this is just an update to say that I'm still happy with my first two, so ordered the third. It was just delivered moments ago, so I'll add the power cord and head up to the attic to make use of it.

I hooked it up and it works great!!
I just got this yesterday. I hooked it up and it works great!!!My application is powering a 800watt Orion Car Amp. I hooked this up to the amp and then to my Equalizer. Then this is hooked up to two Bose Old style Console speakers. Let me tell you... It sounds great and this little box is generating enough power to handle the amp to the point where my speakers go into protect mode. Even with this pulling almost 20 amps for almost 30 mins the fan never kicked on and the unit did not even get all that hot. I am very impressed with this. I wish i would have found this a few years ago. only con i have found so far is that i hear a small amount of buzz in the speakers. when the volume is completely down and no audio is playing. I am thinking this is because the outlet that i have this hooked up to does not have a ground. So i will fix that and try to post back if i remember.

Reliable Power Supply
After purchasing more than five different vendor power supplies that either were DOA or failed shortly after use, this manufacturer's worked. I have purchased two of these from different sources, both work, and under heavy loads. This one has an automatic fan, it's noisy only when the fan is running, the fan run-time is dependent on the power supply load and ambient temperature, for a 3D printer, it's quite reasonable. The voltage and current supplied are within the specifications when under a heavy load, very stable. Will purchase more of these for 3D printing.

Great power supply for my 3D Printer CR-10.
I bought this power supply for my 3d printer. My power supply had shorted out. After doing research i found that Mean Well makes pretty good power supplies so i decided to give it a shoot. It came very well packaged, the voltage switch is very easy to get to which i liked. Connecting it back up to my 3d printer was super easy. I have been using it now for a few months now and haven't had any issues what so ever. The fan is quite then the others ones i have bought in the past, seems to be built really well. This unit is a 12v 35o watts. If i ever needed another power supply i would most likely buy the same one again if not the same brand. By the way i have the Creality Cr-10 printer.

Great supply BUT voltage labeling is wrong
Great supply with easy-to-use screw clamp terminals to connect your wiring and also a voltage adjust for tweaking the output. I'd give it 5-stars but the output voltage terminals are labeled incorrectly - which is not only confusing but dangerous. There is the A/C input which is clear, then terminals for: 1) GROUND, 2) DC+ OUTPUT, and DC- OUTPUT. Seems simple enough, however the GROUND is actually for the AC connection, which will leave you wondering where the Ground for the DC is. Well, the terminals labeled DC-, which should represent negative DC, is actually DC GROUND! This is a huge miss and an unacceptable mistake. That said, if you don't blow your project up from the incorrect labels, it appears to be a stable power supply with an on-demand temperature-triggered fan for cooling.

Nice stable supply.
Works great. Well built, aluminum enclosure, temperature controlled fan, terminal strip cover.Picked this up last week to replace a seemingly bad, cheap 120W chinese supply on my Prusa i3 kit which turned out to be fine. I was going to replace it at some point anyway to make room for another extruder, so I'll just use the cheap supply on my filament extruder and leave this in place. After a few days of off and on printing including a couple 3h+ jobs without an issue I feel that its time to review this supply. The good:Rock stable voltage, nice chassis, RU certified, temperature controlled fan.The bad:The fan is pretty damn loud. That doesn't make a difference strapped to the side of a humming and buzzing FDM machine, but in a quiet room powering lights or something it would be very noticeable. When I build my next machine Ill probably get another of these, definitely recommend.
