they work if you get the points right.
They work well on my motion sickness pressure points. I have no idea how to access the ebook they talk about, I had an acupuncturist show me the points. They were completely effective on my motion sickness and vertigo, I have not found anything else that worked. I had to replace them if I messed with them too much or usually the evening after I went swimming or got in a hot tub.
