This BBQ Grilling Thermometer is excellent for monitoring four individual different meats. One probe can also be used to monitor the smoke chamber temperature to help ensure a low and slow cook temperature for the meats you are smoking.

Not bad for $20
I picked one of these up to use with my smoker. It's an ok device. I saw a couple of impossible temp spikes on one of the probes, I'm guessing because the braided cables aren't that great and the smoker lid pressing on them was screwing up the signal. The backlight is nice and bright but I wish it had an option to turn the light on and leave it on or that it would at least stay lit longer. Other than that, not too bad.
