I've tried three different probiotics the past three months trying to find the best one for me and this is the one. It was such a huge difference with bloating & gas after I started these that I felt like a new person. The second one I tried didn't seem to do anything & the third seemed to do well until I got to the bottom of the bottle where it seemed to lose its potency (I kept them refrigerated). So in short, I would definitely recommend these if you have problems with bloating & gas.

The only probiotic I have found with ALL of the strains (and dosage) recommended by Dr. Perlmutter for brain cell regeneration! And, they don't contain magnesium stearate in the capsules (or titanium dioxide, etc.) They do require refrigeration after opening, but I'd want to refrigerate ANY live culture, whether required or not. Yes, a little expensive, but what's your health worth? I rotate with other brands to be safe, too.

This is a great probiotic! I've been using one that needs refrigeration, and it was inconvenient for travelling. With this product, we can just pack it and go. Works great to help with my digestion and does not upset my stomach! Highly recommend this probiotic!

I take 2 capsules in the early morning along with plenty of spring before preparing porridge once a week. By the time that breakfast ready an hour later my stomach is growling and I am ready to eat. I have had no issues with them, and they do seem to help with the gas that my vegetarian diet sometimes causes.

I was impressed on how I felt in the morning. I had more energy, regular bowel movements, and my mood was elevated. I have recommended this product to my family and friends.
