Be careful when ordering any electrical or electron devices. Better to buy from the store
The item didn't even start, I charged and tried with different phones, thinking the problem was with my phone. But the device didn't work. I felt so annoyed and returned it back to the sender. The item's cost refunded only not taxes that means I lost my extra amount

We have had this product before and loved it! We bought a new one, worked when we tried it at home before vacation them wouldn’t connect on our trip, very disappointing.
