Does the job and does it well
My cats got fleas really bad this year and before I knew it my house was infested and I was getting eaten up. Nothing was working, flea collars, flea bombs, I even took them to the vet and he gave me Advantage plus, I still had them everywhere, the cats were scratching themselves raw. I ordered this hoping it would at least knock them down a bit. I bought Hartz Ultra Guard plus flea collars and sprayed Enforcer Flea Spray throughout my house making sure to get where the cats like to go. It killed the adult fleas very quickly but they kept coming back. After about a week I noticed a real reduction in the bites I was receiving and my cats seem to be mostly free of fleas. Apparently it take time to disrupt their breeding cycle, The cats are no longer scratching and I haven't seen any fleas in 2 months, they seem to be under control. While I would have liked it to work instantly (who wouldn't) I am happy to say it worked and it worked well! I would not only recommend this but I will purchase it again if I ever get a flea infestation again. I would just have to say give it time to work.

Water works better!!!
Used two cans in less than two weeks, still have fleas, made NO difference! We treat our yard, our house, our pets, and although I know the fleas are bad this year, this did NOT do what it said it would. I knew we would probably have to reapply more frequently than every 4 months, but two cans in less than two weeks is a bit much!! Water kills fleas faster than this stuff! Apparently does nothing for the life cycle, as it claims, adult fleas just hopped around and got on our feet, then we'd have more hatch in the next day or two. So frustrated, almost ready to take a blow torch to this flea problem!

WAY cheaper for the same quality.
This product is an EXACT duplicate of Knockout brand flea spray. Same active ingredients, at same concentrations. I paid almost $20 per can of Knockout at two different veterinary clinics before discovering the Enforcer brand at Amazon. One word of caution: both brands say the spray will last up to 120 days. I had a HUGE flea infestation, and found I needed to spray weekly at first, along with treating the animals directly. I am now using it about every 3 weeks, and that seems to be doing the trick. If you have a very minimal problem, the 120 days is probably true.I initially wrote this review in Sept 2012, it's now Jan 2013. After finally conquering the HUGE infestation, the spray has continued to work at the 120 day interval, and will continue to do so. The trick is NEVER stop treating, even in winter.

Works great!
We live in Florida and our cats were having a miserable time. To make it worse, we live next to a body of water so heat and moisture leads to flea heaven but hell for us. When you have a flea infestation, you need to use a multi-prong approach. First vacuum thoroughly to suck up at least some of the fleas and the eggs in the carpet. Then apply the Enforcer spray all over the carpet and in every room where the pets go (if any room is spared, sooner or later the fleas in that room make their way to the other rooms). For the pets, if they already have a bad case of flea infestation, nothing works better than Capstar tablets. Those tablets are expensive but well worth every dime, I tell ya. When we first gave the cats the tablets, they went berserk, so make sure you safely lock away precious vases or fragile artifacts. It's like all the fleas on their bodies decided to bite down simultaneously for one last drink before they die and hit the floor. You can literally see the fleas jump ship and fall to the floor dead within 20-30 minutes. After that, the cats calm down and they're clean as a whistle. No more fleas! After that, just use those topical flea medication (like Advantage or revolution) on the pet's necks and that should take care of the problem for at least a month. Continuous use of the topical medication can keep the fleas from coming back to your pets.Since we choose to live in Florida, we need to be vigilant about fleas all the time. So we use the spray (in a can) for inside the house every 6 months. And the more liquid form with a hand activated spray for the patio and outside areas.I find the Enforcer to be cheaper than many other brands and yet effective. Good value and our cats are much happier. Now if I can only find a spray to keep them off my computers and electronic gadgets.
