I haven’t used it yet, it’s exactly what I needed though. I put it on shredded wheat with dried cherries and butter after I pour boiling water on them, add brown sugar and butter and toast them. It’s great with a little milk after, for breakfast.

I bought these coconut flakes to make Coconut Bacon from a recipe on the website of A Couple of Cooks. Excellent flakes, and they made fabulous coconut bacon, a wonderful addition for a vegetarian like me. And they freeze well and last a long time. Thank you, Edward and Son, for a great product.

Organic foods are healthy including these coconut flakes; but, they’re not that sweet. Great for those watching their weight or sugar intake.

I love these coconut shreds. I like to use them in my protein shakes. They taste so good and add so much delicious flavor with my chocolate protein or my vanilla. I would definitely recommend these if you’re looking for a nice clean coconut shred.

Tastes real. Fresh, tasty. I guess you could put these in a blenter or grinder and have smaller pieces for different applications. I like chewing on them. My dogs love it too.

I made a coconut cake. It tasted like Fresh Coconut. I felt like I cheated but in a good way. Made my day!!! Everyone loved it. I’ll certainly buy again.
