As expected
Well took a risk and bought this versus conventional faucets. In addition, I bought the AC adapter which I would have expected to be included and not add another $150 to the already super expensive faucet. All in all, I’m happy so far with it. It does have two sensors on it, one for flow as required when activated by motion in front of it. The second is constant flow if you way your hand over the top. It does stop after a long use for safety which I like as well for accidental triggers (pets etc.). It also has the option to disable the sensors very easily or one of them if you like. Extra bonus points for that. So far so good.

Solid product from a reputable brand.
Solid faucet - good looking and excellent build quality. That said, value is 3 stars because the price for the faucet is quite high. It is after all just a faucet at the end of the day. But if you’re in the market for a faucet and this is the budget you have, then this faucet won’t disappoint.(Mine came in plain box packaging and the parts were all over the place. The contents didn’t seem to be factory sealed. Luckily nothing was damaged during shipping and Amazon has a very good return/exchange policy)

This color did not work for us so we got the black matte.
It was for my kitchen sink. The faucet was returned because the color looked a little more rose gold than I would of like. The color is beautiful but this was a little too much for my kitchen. We exchanged it for the black matte. It is a little expensive but I splurged because of Moen’s replacement policies. I do wish that I could have gotten the black with the sensors. It was a disappointment not to have that option especially after spending that much money.

Serious quality / durability issues!!
5 year update: this faucet has quality / durability issues and I don't recommend it. I've had to replace it twice for the hard turning issue mentioned below. Now that same issue is back plus the top sensor is not working, so probably on to replacement #3. That's a bit much for only 5 years of use.Bought this as part of a kitchen remodel that I did entirely myself. Installation was very easy for someone who has done this type of work before. No problems, no leaks, no issues. This is paired with a quartz countertop and an undermount sink. Just be sure to have it in hand when you're working with your countertop provider as they will need to make sure they drill correctly for the installation. We've had it in use for 4 months or so not and so far so good. This runs off 6 AA batteries and I can't yet tell you how long they last.It does occasionally turn on or off but it's always when someone is working nearby so I think from reflections. It's not entirely random. I've read a lot about the faucets that actually require you to touch them having static or some kind of issue with random on or off. This one is NO TOUCH - just wave your hand near the sensor, of which there are two.One sensor picks up your hands when they're beneath the faucet spout and turns water on only while your hands are there. The other sensor is on top of the curved spout and is wave on - wave off.I like the top sensor that turns it on and stay on - not sure if the description mentions this but the "stay on" isn't on forever but maybe for 2 gallons or so then it's off, useful for filling the sink when dishwashing since it gives me just about the right amount of water for what I want. I can just trigger it on and walk away and it will turn itself off when the water is dispensed. The pull down sprayer works well, but the spray pattern is quite narrow. I like the pull down / hose design because the rotating spout will NEVER wear and leak like the older design faucets. The water flows through a hose within the spout, not the spout itself.Very easy to keep clean. Very clean appearance with only this one penetration through the countertop. There doesn't seem to be any flow adjustment. It's a one flow rate all the time deal. Took off a star for this.One-year update: The faucet has performed well. The single flow hasn't really been a big problem except when running the disposal when I'd like a little more flow sometimes. Recently the spout has become more difficult than normal to rotate from one side to the other. Nothing seems to be binding. The hose is loose and free. Called Moen and they are sending an entire new spout/base assembly since it is all one unit and there are no serviceable parts. I felt a little bad because this seems like a relatively minor issue but the experience does reinforce my past experiences and the reason why I was willing to spend so much on a faucet: Moen provides excellent customer service and will do what it takes to make the customer 100% satisfied.

Received damage faucet
I just received this product today but when I opened it, it not only appeared used, but it was also all scratched up. This is completely unacceptable considering I payed $875 for this faucet. With such an expensive faucet, it is outrageous that it could received any less than brand new, let alone with scratched and blemishes. This is not the high quality I payed for.
