I used this in bed sick, it works for me. I wished it was made out of better materials. For the price it will do.

I'm not using this product for its stated purpose. For me, it is an elevated mini-drafting board that allows me to work standing up and appreciating the mountain view behind my desk. As such, it has a textured surface that demands a cover of some kind --- I chose a silicone cutting board from the kitchen. Works great, and tucks into the little removable bar that is designed to keep things from falling off. I'm happy with my purchase so far.

I can use my computer again! Back issues prevent sitting/standing long enough to get work done, so saw this desk, bought, and have used since. I have three issues with it. First, the area intended for mouse use is not suitable for in bed use, it's too high, I use the mouse on the bed. I put my phone in that spot instead. Secondly, the area to place the computer is too narrow for a 17" laptop. My laptop hangs off the left side as the rubber mouse holder does not align with the laptop holder. And thirdly, the plastic holder for the laptops keeps falling out. The holes were drilled too big. I'll have to glue the holder in place to prevent it from sliding down onto my chest. When that happens, the table dumps forward, papers and all, and I have to reset myself all up again. The table is just about good, but not quite there.

The overall tray works all right however I cannot use my mouse on it as it is so shiny it reflects and does not respond properly.

I use this as a small table to eat in bed for three courses a day. Then I throw off all the food and it fits my mouse and 60% keyboard (no numpad or arrows) perfectly for an all day work in bed function. I practically never have to get out of bed now.

The legs are nice on these and the actual material is nice. However, the legs tilt to each side and are not as sturdy as I would like them to be. The laptop stopper as well is on the right side and even though that's adjustable, when you try to change it on the left side the holes don't align so you have to keep it on that side.It says that it is sofa friendly and it is because the legs dont go into the sofa but it still isnt sturdy and will keep wobbling.I will be returning this back.

Needed something I could use in a recliner. This works very well.
