Scully Aero Squadron Garment Bag (Antique Brown)

I've been asked by random strangers on the street five or six times "Where did you get that bag? I want one!" It is every bit as good looking as it appears. It's spacious, but not overly large. I usually put two to three days worth of clothing and my shaving kit in it, no problem. Everything arrives in good shape, including pressed shirts.The downside is that the leather is a bit thin. This leads to it scuffing easily, but it does make it pleasantly lightweight. Most of the scuffs just add to its rugged look - but it's not actually very durable. The thing that bothers me most is that the strap that the shoulder strap fastens to snapped on mine, under what I'd consider 'normal use'. Maybe I over-packed it a little that day, I don't know. I just clip the strap to the dual zipper pulls now, and it's been fine. I'll probably have it repaired eventually - but I shouldn't have to. It's not like this is an inexpensive item.Anyway, I do give it high marks because it does what I wanted to, looks great (if that's important to you - it's kind of a nice bonus, to me) and I do really like it. If you know that you are tough on luggage - get something else. I travel every week, and I'm not sure this thing is going to last the years that I expected out of it. It's not that the thing isn't good quality; I just think that whatever weight vs. durability equation they used - they came out just slightly on the wrong side for my need. If you travel infrequently (or less frequently) - this bag is probably still a fine choice.

The bag is a little thin for what I would have liked it to be. Not very many pockets and only 2 hangers come with it. It will be a great one or two nighter bag.
