As a black belt martial artist, this double kicking target stood up to my relentless kicks. As a 184 lb, 5'10" person, the amount of force delivered is substantial especially when you take into account torque and centrifugal speed for the spinning and tornado kicks. The only downside is the synthetic smell that is expected whenever you get something produced from china factories. I just let it air outside for 2-3 days then the smell substantially goes down. After a month, you have to really look for the smell for it to be there. All in all, great targets at a great price.

These were purchased as a training aid for a 7 year old to practice his Kenpo moves. They are on the smaller side, which works good for someone his age, but the hand straps are large enough for an adult to put their hand through to hold. It doesn't have a super loud 'clap' sound when kicked, but it is enough for him to know whether he made good contact or not.

I bought this kick pads for my little sister who enjoys taking taekwondo classes. She was super stoked when she saw them because she had been asking for them for a long time so she can practice at home. They are very sturdy and I can see them holding up for a long time.

My husband and 4 of our kids are in taekwondo. These work great for at home practice. Well made, stand up to 5 of them kicking them daily.

The first impression: Wow, what a cool kicking pad! Only a cool pad could match the cool Taekwondo. One month has passed, and absolutely enjoys a great experience. The pad is bigger than imagined one, and the thickened surface kicks comfortable. Firm enough even in the high intensity training, trusted.

...meh. These are fine if you're not sure if your kid is serious about martial arts. I can't imagine they'll last long. They feel like foam covered cardboard. At the risk of $14 and not diving off 100% into a sport your kid is unsure of...they're acceptable.

The quality of these are ok. Not very sturdy and designed for someone just learning to try kickboxing or boxing.

Good, looks nice , very loud . Only one things I don’t like it’s to heavy and my hand gets tired.
