I ordered these Fitbit bands because I like the color of 2 of them a lot. Unfortunately my favorite colored one broke the very same day. I got a hold of the seller and he was very reasonable. He offered a refund but I wanted to have him send me the same colored one that broke and he did. I have been using all 3 of them for at least 3 weeks each and so far so good. The seller was very patient and wanted to make sure that I was happy !

Changing my rating because I just put this band on this morning and it broke without me doing anything.

All 3 of the bands broke on me after wearing for 24hrsOne just snapped all together. The other two kept losing the prongs that hold it together.I’m not very active or rough on them so I can’t imagine how terrible they’d hold up for someone who actually is physically active. I’m just trying to track my 4,000 steps a day working a desk job & they still broke.Terrible quality. Pretty salty they were so terrible.
