I took this product for about eight months. After seeing reports that Vitamin Shower NMN had little or no NMN in it, I switched to another brand that had been verified by an independent lab to contain 100% pure NMN. I've been taking this other brand for three weeks now and I can tell you that it is different than the Vitamin Shower product. Almost from day one, I felt more energetic and had improved mental clarity (I am 73). I am upset that I don't know what I was taking when I was using the Vitamin Shower product. If you do your research, you will find there are at least three reputable companies that sell pure NMN powder.

Started taking this supplement because I don't want to be old, even though my birthdays say I am old. I guess it works? Doesn't hurt and caused me no side effects.

I have been taking these from another company for a long time. These are more economical and I think higher potency. I have no idea how I would know if they were no good. The information available says they are good so I take it them on faith. I hope to live healthier not necessarily longer. Would be nice if I lived longer in good health. What is the sense of living longer if you are sick and miserable.
