GAT Muscle Martini Natural BCAA Formula, High Performance Stimulant Free Muscle Building Amino Acids with No Artificial Flavors or Colors, Appletini, 30 Sv

I love these BCAAs. I have been making it a point to try many different brands to see what's out there. I've tried EVL, musclepharm, ergogenix, sciVation, just to name a few. For some background, I like to drink BCAAs in the morning and then during my workout. The one thing that always bothered me about some BCAAs was that they were too. darn. sweet. Like, you find yourself trying to dilute it with water and choking it down sweet. I saw that this product had no sugar and I love GAT's other products so I decided to give it a try. Now, like I said it has no sugar in it, so it may definitely taste weird/bitter/just ick to some people. I found that if this really bothers you and you don't want to immediately throw it away, you can add stevia to it and it makes it a little sweeter. However, the taste doesn't bother me and I've actually grown to like it. The particular one I tried was the appletini, it's sort of like a granny smith/sour apple taste but not the overpowering sweet sour apple like some other supplements. Will definitely be buying more of this!

I ordered the apple flavor after looking for a natural bcaa to try. I drink them every day and wanted a break from the artificial sweeteners and colors. This fit the bill! SO- it is a powdery blend- can be hard to get into a small-mouth bottle but I've managed. This doesn't taste like apple- but to me tastes exactly like starfruit. Watery tart with a little sweet. I really like it. Only downfall is I have to wash my bottle out the same day otherwise it smells horrible- probably because it's all natural! I just placed another order for it. It will be in my supplement rotation permanently!

This is a great BCAA, quality ingredients and full label disclosure. It's important to me to ingest food and supplements that are free from any artificial anything.Only gets a 4 star because the included scoop is too small for the tall container. A few weeks in and you can barely scoop any powder. Needs to come with a longer scoop or a shorter container then it would get 5 stars.

For being marketed as a BCAA supplement, there's very little BCAA in the mix. It's mostly taurine which is fine if you're looking for a taurine supplement. However, I was looking for a BCAA supp. I'm not sure why the antioxidant blend is even there. It must be just so it can be put on the label. I couldn't imagine a mix with that many ingredients amounting to only 50mg would be an effective dose.On top of the active ingredient list being subpar, the taste was pretty awful. It's extremely tart and even tasted a little rancid. I had to mix this in a 1:2 ratio of some lemonade to even make it palatable, and still tossed about half the bottle when I simply couldn't take it any more.TL;DR It's mainly a tuarine supp, has superfluous ingredients, and taste bad.

It don't work for me.

This it great for when I wake up with back pain or just sore from a rough night of sleep or a hard workout the day before. I mix it with my isopure clear protein drink and my body feels rejuvenated. My aches and pains go away and I am not as stiff where the pain was.

Over all I really enjoyed the taste of that and The part that sold me was the clean ingredients. The only corner will say is that the super was made to short and is difficult to reach the product on the bottom.

I've used this for awhile now and it's getting harder to find. The flavor is good and it helps me to recover faster and not get sore. Highly recommend.
