Laura Ashley Venetia Duck Egg Quilt Set, King

Just got this out to use and realized the fabric is patched right through the middle of the pillow sham. It is not sewn properly and will fray in no time. I missed the short exchange window for one that is not defective. 😳. Otherwise it seems like a nice quilt although the fabric is very thin so I am not sure of the durability

We've been using this lovely quilt for a few weeks now and love it. Very light weight and perfect for the hot weather we have here in Arizona. It's only May and we're already in triple digit temps so our comforter was far too stuffy. This cotton blanket keeps us the perfect temperature at night.

I returned it because it didn't feel soft at all. I didn't wash it though since I wouldn't have been able to return it (or get it back into the package it came in), however, I've bought 100% cotton comforters before that were very soft right out of the package.

I would have given this 5 stars except for the fact it did shrink during washing and drying. Other than that the quality is good and I like the color and design.

Looks great and the quality is amazing!Bought king size for the queen size bed - it looks like in the picture.
