Q: Where is this platter manufactured?

I am just guessing here based upon the information provided on their website. This company is based in Lakewood, NJ but if you read the site closely they are in several different countries and use the word "import". I think the platter is probably made somewhere in China as is most things these days. But all in all its not a bad platter it gets the job done, I just wouldn't buy any pots and/or pans from Asia.

The platter has curved sides around a flat oval base. A 13 X 9" cake would not fit with the curved sides. If you think of a bowl shaped into an oval that would describe the platter. It is not a flat oval platter.

Q: What's the length, width, and diameter of this serving plate where the food sits?

It’s big enough to serve a 20 - 30 lb bird!!
