Does this sensor work with oils applications? Or just coolant

This kit is a universal item designed to work with coolant, but can work with other fluids if necessary. This kit has been adapted to other custom applications for fan-cooled setups like transmission coolers and power steering coolers with no issues. Does the kit come with Both the 1/8 inch Npt sensor and the Proble style sensor or just one ?

Nope, it just comes with the probe, with which I have no experience. I got the npt sensor, but because of the super fine threading it didnt fit in my chevrolet's temp sensor holes in the cyl heads. So I got the inline adapter mishimoto offers. Personally I've got more confidence in that design's accuracy. all that's needed is removal of a small, straight section of the coolant hose going from the radiator to the thermostat housing. Think you need like a 5" straight section that you remove an inch and a half from (thats a guess based on memory.) Anyways, good luck to you

Why is there no fuse or circuit breaker in between the battery and fan

There was a fuse (I believe 30A) that came with mine and was placed between the battery and the controller

I have a 2000 mustang gt, which style do i need? i am guessing npt?

It is up to you how do you want to use it, probe-style temperature sensor gets attached to the radiator and a 1/8-inch NPT thread-in sensor gets installed to a threaded hole in a fitting or an adapter, the probe it may be easier if you can push it in the radiator fins near water inlet, good lock with that,
