Westek TMDW30 Hardwire Indoor Digital Wall Switch Timer, White

The On/Off toggle switch is a little hard to move.

I like this product. It is great value for money and I wanted one to timer my porch lights so that they are on in the evenings. Easy to install and simple to program. We did have a problem the first time we set the timer and/or clock, as the lights came on at the wrong time but resolved it by following the directions again to set the clock and the timer on our next try of programming and we weren't sure what we had done incorrectly the first time. Did not take long all in all to install or program. This product looks great as well as matched the other switches and the plate as well

This is a generally good product that has less depth and volume such that it mounted into the electrical box with less issues than the Westek TMDW10 In-Wall Programable Digital Timer, 120 V.25 HP. However, the control buttons, etc. seems to be less advanced than the TMDW10. There is a physical switch to turn the timer functionality on and off (rather than a button that cycles modes), and that switch seems to be a little on the finnicky side, as switching off of the "timer" setting seems to deactivate the whole unit completely. Other than that, it works as intended thus far.

Four people tried to program it. Inc my electrician. Defective. I tried two of them. Terrible product. No way to tell am and pm. And nothing onthe instructions about the door. It shuts it off when you close the front door????
