It really jumps a car!
I have used this so much! Great flashlight AND it jumps a car no problem!! But, keep it away from water! I ruined it. I called the company and they sold me another at a huge discount. Happy me!

Thankful for this product!
I gave this product a 4 star rating because I have not had to use the battery charging feature. It was easy to charge the item and it is very lightweight. I have used the flashlight feature which I am well pleased. A friend used this product (her own) to jump start my vehicle as I was stranded after an appointment. The ease of jumping the battery inclined me to purchase one of the product for my very own. Thanks!

Has gotten me out of a jam multiple times!!
I’ve had two flashlights for about 2 years, and have used the car jump function twice. I charged them each once and just left them in the trunk. Well worth the price. You’ll be thanking yourself for keeping one in your car when you need it!

Great product but you *must* store it properly!
There are dozens of portable Jumpstarter/Powerbanks out there, all with a built-in light, but this Bolt is a Flashlight which has a built-in Jumpstarter/Powerbank. As such, it is a far more ergonomic Flashlight than other devices, while still offering easy access to the Jumpstarter and Powerbank functions. It also has a large LED strip-light which works as both a white worklight and a red warning light/flasher.All of it's functions work well and are ergonomic and intuitive to use. It even comes with a carry pouch with the instructions for use printed on the outside. It does have a big downside unless you are careful about how you store it in your car. There is a pushbutton on top which turns on the flashlight. There is a push button on the bottom which turn on the strip-light, there is a pushbutton on the side which turns on the USB Powerbank and there is a pushbutton on the back which turns on the Jumpstarter. If you put the Bolt in its' pouch, along with the various included accessories, and just toss the pouch in your trunk/hatchback, there is a good chance you'll find the battery depleted when you go to use it. This has happened to me twice, with two different Bolts (fortunately I was not in need of a jumpstart--I was just going to use the Flashlight). I know what I'm describing is the case, as the second time, I could see the battery level indicator glowing through the pouch, and found the Flashlight glowing dimly when I took the pouch out of the storage net on the car.Unlike similar products I have, that either have a master on/off mechanical slide switch requiring some effort to move and which disables the buttons, or a molded case which protects the buttons from being pressed while in the case, if the Bolt gets jostled around in the back of your car, there is a good chance at least one of the buttons will get unintentionally pressed, either from the pouch leaning up against something, or even as a result of one of the accessories in the pouch pressing against it.I pretty much have to store it carefully packed so as to be immobile in the spare-tire well, with nothing nearby able to press on the pouch. Not that big a deal, but if you want to be able to rely on this in an emergency, you absolutely need to store it carefully...

This is my second Halo flashlight
After purchasing several flimsy flashlights, that zonked out on me, I finally got around to buying a REAL flashlight. These flashlights are so versatile that I bought one for my car and one for home. I love that they are rechargeable, both at home and in my car. There are two brightness settings and lights that tell you when you are getting close to needing a recharge. They hold a long charge. We've mostly used them for DIY projects where we need good, portable light. They also come with a red light flasher, for travel emergencies, and a charging cable for your car's battery. I even charged my cell phone during a recent power outage in our area. And we stood it up on the end to act as a lamp until the lights came back on.I can't imagine a more versatile flashlight. I give it 5 stars all day long.
