Great doll but movement a bit limited
Stacie looks great, and her outfit is nice. The top and skirt are connected together like a dress. The skirt limits her movements, but it would not be difficult to alter into a pair of shorts if you wanted full movement. The head and shoulders have a good range of movement, and the legs less so. The elbows and knees don't bend, but there's not much interruption in the body shape with too many joints. She won't sit up straight but she moves around very well. The fringe and a bit more hair is glued to keep it neat. The shoes can be removed and she also has a handbag, which does not open. She wears permanent panties which are flesh coloured, but I painted them white and now it looks right. She is a lot of fun to play with and makes a good friend.

Ist nicht wie die anderen Barbies
Ich hätte gerne eine gute Bewertung abgegeben. Leider muß ich bemängeln, dass die Beine aus "hartem " Plastik bestehen. Sie können nicht am Knie abgeknickt werden um sie auf einen Stuhl zu setzen. Das geht gar nicht - insbesondere, wenn ich diese mit der "normalen" Barbie (etwa 5 Jahre alt), der kürzlich bestellten Mia&Me-Barbie und meiner alten Skipper ( > 35 Jahre alt) verleiche. Bei allen sind die Beine Gummi-artig und die Knie abbiegbar!Das Einzige, was positiv aufgefallen ist, sind die Haare. Sie fühlen sich wie echte an.

Cute, contemporary doll to add to a Barbie collection
There are not too many Skipper dolls available but this is very cute. My granddaughter really wanted a Skipper in her Barbie family. Very pleased.
