Nice Beginner Bow and Possible Hunting Bow
The Bow came totally assembled, as in sight installed, arrow rest installed, and quiver mount installed. All I had to do was install the quiver. I took this Bow down to my local archery shop and they squared me all away. If you're a beginner, please go to your local archery shop and get measured and have the Bow adjusted to you. I set mine on the lowest pull weight so that I can learn and focus on the very important fundamentals of shooting a bow. Yes, you can probably pull more but you might develop bad habits. Just my recommendation only. I like to focus on mastering the fundamentals to try to eliminate as many bad habits as possible. As you learn and progress, the archery shop will adjust as you learn and grow. Anyhow, I was quite impressed with the equipment that came with the bow. Great value for the money spent. I hope this helps someone just getting started like myself.

Nice quality compound bow
Full disclosure: I'm really not very experienced when it comes to archery. I had a fairly basic bow and arrow set as a kid that I used for target practice for many years growing up (definitely not just a toy, but nothing special either). In college, I took an archery class for a semester, where we used significantly better bows than the one I had as a kid. (I can't remember now if they were compound bows or not.) We only did target shooting out to about 25 yards or so. I've never tried hunting with a bow. Now you know where I'm coming from with this review. That said, this bow is far and away the nicest bow I've ever laid my hands on. From the moment I unpacked it, it just felt like a quality tool. Everything feels solid, materials all seem to be good quality, and nothing looks or feels cheap. The sight is much nicer and more precise than I remember the bow I used in college being. The draw weight can be adjusted from 40# to 70# (as I understand it, 70# is about the high end of draw weight for most compound bows). It's a good thing this can be adjusted down because 70# is a workout. Draw length can also be adjusted, so you can tailor this bow to accommodate a variety of body frames and strength levels. The whole bow is light yet very solid. As I explained, I don't have much to compare it to given my limited experience with archery, but this just has a quality feel to it.As a final and purely subjective comment, I will say that I have perused the selection of available compound bows here at Amazon, looking at the most expensive offerings available. I like the appearance of this bow as well or better than any other I've seen. Some of the far more expensive bows seem like they're trying too hard in the looks department. Esthetics really aren't of much importance with an item like this...but to the extent they are, I have to give this one high marks. It looks cool.

(no joker 5 pin) module click from bad cam positioning
Day one, received bow, found that the cams where not adjusted correctly so the string was clicking on the cam module, adjusted cams, removed poorly placed peep sight and replaced with circle peep, added silencers, ditched the wrist strap (garbage). Didn’t put on the stabilizer because it doesn’t really make a difference and all it does is add weight to the bow. Everything needs adjusted and tuned. The limb bolts actually go through the frame and show through the other side of the riser (dislike). Grip is comfortable, quiver is too tight so I put arrows in and pulled them out slightly to stretch the quiver guides. Decals on handle are placed over hollowed grip so they indent when pressed (bad design). This bow is the bear archery Vast if you need any parts. Bear doesn’t even know they make this bow, it is an Amazon exclusive so if you need assistance you will need to make sure to let bear know this otherwise they won’t help you with any questions cause they don’t even think they make it. Overall it is a nice bow, I would say it’s worth about $200. My bear salute is nicer in a couple aspects and only cost me $189. Also (negative) it didn’t come with a 5 pin joker sight as advertised, it came with a trophy ridge 3 pin mist, comes with a brown whisker biscuit and the whisker biscuit also has no vertical adjustment. This is an honest review. I didn’t get the bow for free like every other reviewers, it is an alright bow. (Will update after I’m done tuning the bow and sighting it in)Update, this bow shoots great, very accurate, very smooth pull. Shoots at 261 FPS with a 340 gold tip arrow 100 grain tip 28 inch draw 64 lbs maxed out. I really like this bow and after shooting it would recommend this for anyone regardless of experience, however I still stand by the fact that everything needs adjusted when you receive the bow, do not expect it to be RTH out of the box. Take it to your local bow smith if you do not know what you are doing.
