These are a lifesaver, I work in San Diego and it's hot most of the Year, these things really keep the sweat out of your eyes and soften the blow of the hard plastic liner in your hard hat. Glad I purchased these

and a great deal. You can wash and reuse them. I replace mine every Monday. I bought a year ago and still have some unopened. I even gave some couple to coworkers.

To keep hard hat from rubbing a scar were I had sugery

Will not fit a MSA ratchet head gear at all without modifying the head gear
The head bands feel really nice but the do not fit a standard MSA ratchet head gear without modifying the existing pad of the hardhat. If you take a pair of scissors and cut down the existing pad you can make this band work. They need to make this one just a little bigger, other than that it seems like it would be a great sweat band.
