I have had insomnia for decades, and this supplement has helped a ton. My issue has always been falling asleep, and one tablet (or sometimes two) takes the edge off really well and helps me fall asleep. It hasn’t worked perfectly every time, but 90 percent of the time it does, and I’ll definitely take that. My son and dil recommended it because it also helps them a lot with getting calm and alleviating stress. It’s been a game changer for me.

I’ve been using this for a few years now helps me sleep through the night and if I do happen to wake up to use the bathroom, I am able to fall back to sleep almost immediately when I forget to use it, I’ll wake up and my brain starts to go wild. I take two capsules a night.

After finishing my first bottle, I liked it enough to reorder a 3-month supply. I’ve been taking it in the evenings along with a small glass of tart cherry juice, and I’ve noticed that I’m sleeping much better and waking up feeling more rested in the morning. The serving size is 2 capsules, but I typically only take 1 and have been happy with the results. The one time I took the full 2-capsule serving, I felt a little less awake than usual the next morning. For me, 1 capsule seems to be the sweet spot. The capsules have a slightly earthy taste, but it’s not unpleasant and doesn’t linger. Overall, this has become part of my nightly routine, and I’ll continue repurchasing.

Anyone with lifelong anxiety and insomnia… this is for you. I am so happy I found a supplement that is not some crazy medication a dr prescribed. I never thought I’d be able to sleep without sleeping meds but these vitamins are really all I need. I couple with magnesium as well. Mood has also improved! I used to wake up multiple x a night and now I may wake up once but can go back to sleep. Especially helpful with a demanding job as well

I want to start by saying I’ve been taking this supplement for over 3 years now. With that said, I had a naturopathic doctor in AZ prescribe it to me after she took my blood work and found I had high cortisol. I see people leaving good and bad reviews and I find it odd that anyone would take a cortisol manager without first getting lab work done. This product did not help me lose weight, and that’s ok, I didn’t take it for that. I just hope people aren’t buying this hoping for a magic cure all pill. Speak with a professional before taking new vitamins or supplements is my advice; if you don’t, best case scenario is you waste a lot of money vitamins/supplements you don’t need and worse case scenario you experience adverse side effects
