Pete The Kitty And The Unicorns Missing Colors

We absolutely love Pete the Cat books. Great addition to my 5 year olds collection. Approx 30 pages or so. Great story, would recommend!

The story was okay, but I purchased this as a beginning reader book. As listed in the title “My First I Can Read”. The text does not contain any words for beginning readers, phonics sounds, or rhyming. Disappointing!

We thought this would be a hit because our daughter likes unicorns and rainbows so much but it was not. The story felt too long and was not particularly good compared to the rest of our Pete the cat books.

This kitty has all sorts of adventures. The story follows Pete and tells his story with short easy to understand sentences. Great for a young reader.
