I bought this for my youtube channel and the order was delivered from dtdc. The quality of the stands is good and it came with 8 Phillips 20w bulbs which get quite bright. the lights have little magenta shift but I can't complain much. for budget buyers this is very good quality.my order did not come with the diffuser clothes which was strange so I contacted the seller and he was very cordial and provided me with the diffuser clothes the very next day and responded to my message instantly which is commendable.however, the softbox should have a secondary layer of diffuser to provide better control over harshness which is missing in this product so keep that in mind otherwise excellent for this price point.

The seller is very helpful and honest. I had ordered ring light with battery support, however, I received without battery support. I contacted the number mentioned on the parcel box and the seller immediately agreed to send me the new product with battery support. Once I got the new product, I took more than a week to check it by using it. Once I am satisfied, the seller arranged a pickup for the ring light without battery support.The quality is very good and it's worth paying. Plz go ahead if you are planning to buy a quality ring light.

The light is easy to use overall, but it's difficult to fit a dslr since the holder is too close to the knobs and you can't rotate it to mount. Also, the dslr mount screw isn't a part of the package so that's an additional ₹150-200 cost. The phone mount is given with this light so that's not a problem.It's a great light, with easy to use switches but the low intensity brightness is too soft and not very usable. However for general videos or YouTube, this should do the trick .The tripod is stellar, very steady and can be adjusted at any level. It opens up to a very tall height, maybe around 6'. This is a very impressive feature.The seller is very proactive and extremely helpful. He was available for queries and also helped with the delivery of the package since DTDC couldn't reach me on call. Great customer service, proactive and accessible seller team. Five stars for this experience.

You guys may have read in commerce studies and even MBA why it is important for a business to create lifelong relationship with customrs, not just a one-off deal. These guys are living examples.The product Octova of course, is stellar and fantastic. It is worth the money but the icing on the cake, as I mentioned is the seller support. I want to thank the seller for following up, explaining things properly, and even giving me tips related to using the product better. . Trust me, when you feel someone is backing you, you feel not only proud of the product but also of the company. All the best!

Not fully useful. half of the function does not work. Find some another light.

I’m an amateur photographer and food blogger (Instagram handle @foodguidemumbai). I needed a ring light and after much research I narrowed down to Octavia Ring Light 18”SSW with stand, battery and mirror. I find with battery more convenient as sometimes plug points aren’t easily accessible.This light is one of the best at its price point and after using it for over 2 months, I’m very happy with its performance.A special thanks to Amazon and the seller. They promptly helped me with an issue even after the 14 day replacement time was over.

The colors are not appropriate, they are always on the green tone while shooting. If I would I tested it before closing of return window I would have definitely returned it

Light is adequate but the wire give with this is very low quality. Writing this review after 8months use. Sorry to say, there is some problem in internal circuit because of which it’s not working now. Local electrician charged around 1.5k for fitting the circuit because it’s out of warranty now (6month). So not at all value for money.
