According to the part overview on Amazon, turned out I was missing one of the gaskets. Called their support line and got it solved within 3min. This alone made give it a 5 start review. Other than that, in my opinion the product looks better than expected, sits flush on the floor and feels like good quality.Heads up for inexperienced customers, I found out the hard way that I needed an adapter ring to install this cover on my floor-box.Also, after the support call I realized there is a link on the product support page to a pdf with instructions.

I ordered this to replace a 19yr old “Walter Brass cover” changing the floors requires a new one of course, worried it won’t fit, it fit flush and perfect , even the screws offered were just right, the finish looks and matches the new floor ( Gravel not installed yet )

Just installed but the screws don’t line up correctly. I had a hard time getting the screws all the way in and now all three of them look stripped.

Well made but had to get a smaller one for my situation

These are lovely floor plate outlet covers. The problem is that the bolt pattern ONLY works with the Enerlites PVC floor box and ENLC001 and the Enerlites leveling leveling ring adaptor ENLC001LR. This would not be a big issue, except these are NOT SOLD BY AMAZON. Good luck finding a distributor that isn't selling to commercial electrical companies wanting your order to be $1000 or more. Amazon sells so many Enerlites products, I am totally shocked that they don't sell the floor box that you need in order to actually use this lovely product. This is very frustrating to have exactly the product I need, with no way to install it. Thanks Amazon.
