The dosage of 1,000 mg per tablet ensures I'm getting a strong boost of vitamin C every day.However, there's one drawback: the tablets are quite large and can be hard to swallow. I have to make sure to take them with a lot of water, and sometimes even break them in half, which isn't ideal.
