Good for the price - 3.5/4 Stars.
This purchase was driven by price. The Adir products are priced a bit lower than other similar brands, and that is reflected in the quality. These are not low-quality junk, but they are not top quality. Some of the end-caps arrived broken. This is not a big deal to me as the contractors pull the plans off the racks they tend to break and lose the caps anyway. The bind down tightly using a crescent wrench, and they hold the plans well enough. there are only 2 binders on the 36" plan stick, where some of my others have 3 binders.Pros - price, and they work well enough not to cause any major concern.Cons - they are "thinner quality" than some other brands but those come at a higher price.I have been using plan racks for 20 years during my career in construction management, and these are just fine. Hangers are functioning as they should
The hangers are functioning as they should. Good so far but we have only had them about a month.

Decent, but knobs hard to hand tighten
The tightening knobs are stiff and don't turn easy. I had to buy a pair of pliers to keep on the jobsite so I could tighten them enough that the paper would not fall out. If you are buying these go ahead and add a set of pliers to your cart as well.
