What material are they made of?

Hi, They are made of cotton/polyester

Will this fit an adult male? Usual glove size is large.

I can't confirm how big your hand is, this glove is a medium size! This glove is 8.3 inches long and the palm is 4.5 inches wide. The glove material is elastic. If your hand is relatively small, there should be no problem.

Can you cut the fabric off of the top to make them fingerless?

If you don't want to the gloves glow up, you can cut the fabric off of the top to make them fingerless.

LED gloves do not charge, and button batteries need to be installed.
