What is the shackle diameter?

It wasn’t very long so I returned this item!

One of the padlocks don’t seem to work. I set the code, locked it and it won’t open back up. Any ideas how I can unlock it?

I posted recently that these locks become unoperational after a few months. They refuse to lock or reset and I've thrown them away today. Poor product unfortunately.
