Works great. Holds a lightly spring hinged swing door open with no problem. My only complaint is that it can be a bit loud when the hinged part of the floor plate snaps up to meet the magnet. Only really noticeable when the house is quiet at night though, and certainly not worth losing a star.I see a lot of reviews stating that it doesn't work with a big gap under the door, and they're right. But the product description clearly states that you need a pretty low clearance (<15mm). My gap was a bit too large, so I cut a circle of 1/4" plywood to go under the floor plate, and it worked like a charm.

Muy discreto con un diseño que no molesta al paso ni a la limpieza, a diferencia de otros.Para que la retención de la puerta sea correcta, hay que situar la pieza que va a la puerta un poco mas alto respecto a la otra pieza, pero no demasiado, ya que sino, no se levantaría la pestaña.Si se instala prestando atención a este detalle, funciona perfectamente.
