Great alternative to Hue products also made by Philips. These do not require a hub and have been fairly reliable with their WiFi connection despite having 15 of them. Pair easily with the Wizmote remote controls. Odd quirk with the app can require you to sign out and back in if you get constant error messages. But other than that, work great.

I was a little worried about buying these after reading the reviews. However I have 7 WiZ bulbs already in our lounge that I love and have been really easy to set up, so I thought I’d try them. I bought two packs for our kitchen, all I had to do was put in the bulbs, turn on the app and turn the lights on. The app automatically found the lights and they were added to my app. The whole set up, including swapping the four bulbs, took less than 10 minutes. I would definitely recommend!

Nice colourful lights and easy to set up. Unfortunately been having a few connection issues with them even though the router is nearby.

Just bought these to test the Matter integration with Home Assistant. I needed some support help to get the Matter integration set up and they were responsive and helpful. The lamps work with Matter, are bright and tunable - the matter integration controls work fast too. The only real issue to be aware of is you need to have a 2.4Ghz only wifi network for these and your phone when setting them up.

There is a reason these are much cheaper than philips hue lamps. Set up is hit and miss. I tried to connect 4 lamps at the same time and one would simply not play ball. I then disconnected the others and it magically worked. Since then I have had random intermittent loss of connection to some of the lamps, meaning I have to turn off and on again. Not ideal when they are at high level with no switch. These are located outside approx 5m from a ubiquiti unifi LR AP so there is clearly no WiFi issues. If you are on a budget they do look OK and the scenes are quite nice for ambient light, but if you can afford I would definitely recommend philips hue over these

Really great lights. Colour and brightness are much better than alternative cheaper lights that I tried, well worth spending a bit more. Have had no connectivity issues so far!

I had some cheaper Wi-Fi smart bulbs and have now replaced them all with Wiz bulbs. They just work, period. The cheaper ones were fiddly to set up and always dropping off the network or not doing what they should. With the addition of a Wiz-mote means no more arguments with Alexa who seems less helpful these days.

Love these but can sometimes randomly loose connection to wifi

I have a space in my house where I wanted to do my gaming and thoughts id try these out. I did alot a comparisons with other brands, but found these to be perfect for my use. The app is easy to use and the set up is also easy. The product sync as required with Google home assist. As an added bonus these GU10 are more energy efficient than what was installed in the house.

Werkt goed samen met Google Heb wel een gehad die met geen mogelijkheid toegevoegd kon worden. De andere was een kwestie van een paar seconden via de eigen app.

Depuis le temps que j'attendais de pouvoir m'offrir des spots connectés utilisable dans mon environnement Apple, je suis conquis. Il faut d'abord les configurer dans l'application Wiz afin d'obtenir un code qui permettra de les ajouter dans l'application Maison de Apple. Je suis ravi de la qualité d'éclairage. J'ai installé 4 de ces spots sur une barre de spot à interrupteur unique. J'ai groupé les 4 spots dans Maison, pas de scintillement à basse puissance comme j'ai pu avoir avec d'autres produits connectés tels que LSC Smart Connect de chez Action. Rien à dire pour le moment !

Clearly, WiZ added Matter support as a marketing move, since the bulbs barely support it. I'm using Home Assistant as the controller and after commissioning the bulbs, you have control on the light color and CCT, however the problem arises with the configuration. The bulb announces configurations for transitions (on, off, on/off) and "Power-on behavior on Startup", however none of them work. Which means that when there is a power outage, they always start with light on and will just use the transition default value (which is 5s for off.... ). On top of that, Firmware version is not reported, is just showing a hardcoded value of "1.0.0", even though I confirmed in the WiZ app that they are on version 1.32.0. And removing the bulbs from the WiZ app, causes them to leave all Matter fabrics too for some reason, which is not supposed to happen. Lastly, their support has 0 clue what Matter is or how it works. I raised a ticket complaining about these topics and their first 2 emails is asking for my "Home Id" in the WiZ app and don't seem to accept the fact that I'm not using their WiZ app. As such, if you are going to buy these, accept the fact that pretty much they don't work properly without using WiZ app, essentially being tied to WiZ online servers as when they are in the app, they are controllable from outside my home.
