I wear these to play table tennis and to workout in. They have an excellent lateral support. This is my second pair. My first pair lasted six years of constant daily abuse.Don't expect cushy support or a high arch. But this is what I want because I need to feel the court and the ground to be effective at My Chosen Sports.
