Cascade Complete Dishwasher Pods, Actionpacs Dishwasher Detergent, Fresh Scent with Dawn Power, 43 Count

I've tried many different Dishwasher pod over the years and like Cascade Original ActionPacs best for product effectiveness and value. Cascade has several dishwasher pod options--Original, Complete, and Platnium Plus--each step up increasing in price and additional product attributes. The Original has fewer selling points on the box (marketing slogans), but still gets the job done. I see no need for an upgrade. My dishes come out squeaky clean every time. The box of 85 is the best value and lasts about three months with daily use.

These are easily our favorite dishwasher pods and the ones we continue to repurchase. They clean really well, even on dishes that sit a little too long in the sink, and we’ve had very few issues with residue left behind. I like that the pods dissolve completely and leave dishes, glasses, and silverware looking clean without a strong chemical smell afterward. They also seem to do a good job helping prevent cloudy buildup on glassware over time. The large container is convenient and lasts a while, especially for busy households that run the dishwasher often. Overall, these are dependable, easy to use, and consistently give good results.

I can't say enough good things about these dishwasher pods. I live in a rental property and the dishwasher is dated. Even when new, I doubt that the machine did a great job. I tried these on a whim--expecting that they wouldn't perform any better than what I was using--which was another Cascade product that my landlord had recommended based on what he used in his home dishwasher. I was blown away by the difference the Platinum pods made. Previously, I was running the dishwasher twice on the same dishes and rinsing them fairly well before I put them in the washer. Now I just pop the dirty dishes in and run the machine only once. Although more expensive to buy, not having to run the washer twice ends up saving me money in soap, water and electricty. I highly recommend this product.

I absolutely love using the Cascade Platinum ActionPacs dishwasher detergent with Dawn. They are great at getting your dishes clean the first time around. I thought my dishwasher was broke at one time, until I was asked to review the Cascade Platinum ActionPacs dishwasher detergent with Dawnt. All I had to use is one pack and I was hooked. All I did was put it in the dishwasher and start the load running. My dishes came out cleaner than ever. I also like the fact that they smell good too. You do not have to prewash your dishes and it clean stuck on food in one wash. As you can see by the picture below, one of the plates had been ran through the dishwasher with my normal detergent, and the other one had been ran through with the Cascade Platinum ActionPacs dishwasher detergent. The one on the right is much cleaner than the one on the left. I will not be buying anything else but Cascade products from now on. Instead of my usual rinse aid, I know I will be using Cascade, as well. I trust P&G products because I've been using them since I was young. My mom and grandmother always trusted them, so there's no reason for me not to. The triple action chamber provides the best cleaning for all your dishes and helps prevent hard water filming so that your silverware and dishes sparkle. Okay price. Cleans well. Pods don't leave residue. Cascade recently reduced the number of pods in this size container (shrinkflation) so make sure that you get the amount advertised.

I have a Fisher &Paykel 2 draw dishwasher where you can’t use pods in the dispense, so I always used Cascade liquid dishwasher detergent . Then the pump that distributes the liquid started to leak with every use, leaving liquid all over the floor from dripping through the door and my dishes dirty. I looked up the part and it’s very difficult to find. If I did, it was expensive and no guarantee that after I replaced it on both draws that the pump system would work, so I asked a friend for a pod to try before I ordered a new dishwasher. Then I saw a F&P video that showed I could place a pod underneath the cutlery basket, so I tried it. My dishes never came out this clean and streak-free while the tub comes out sparkling. Cascade: you saved my dishwasher! No more fluid all over the floor and no more dirty dishes!

I am VERY disappointed about this product. It does not do a claimed, and I definitely be requesting my money back, and I will be contacting Amazon to discuss this matter.
