My wife was off birth control for about a year before we started really trying to conceive. She was on it for a very long time so it took some time for it to leave her system but I was taking these multivitamins daily for the better part of a year (along with lecithin, for more “volume”). And the first month we actively tried to conceive the test lit up 3 times back to back the next month. Baby is now almost 7&1/2 months along and very healthy, due in August. Also feel it’s worth it to mention my wife also hasn’t had much sickness or very bad symptoms during her pregnancy, as a lot of those worst case symptoms - more often than not - come from the male / sperm quality. Same thing with food cravings. Taking these vitamins along with good diet and regular exercise and sunlight exposure worked really well for me. I felt a positive difference physically , mentally and sexually. The pill itself isn’t too bad but the taste could be better. Doesn’t upset my stomach at all, easy to swallow with my coffee in the morning. It’s also very noticeable if I were to fall off and forget taking it some days. I felt lethargic , moody at times and sex drive dipped when I wouldn’t take it regularly. Completely the opposite when I was on top of taking them in the morning. Would definitely recommend to all the men out there trying to conceive or just feel better overall.

So, I’ve been taking the One A Day Men’s Pre-Conception vitamins, and here’s my take: First, let’s talk about the size of these pills—they’re HUGE! If swallowing big pills isn’t your thing, I totally get it. I’ve resorted to throwing them in the blender with my smoothie. (Pro tip: A pill smasher works too—just mix the powder with a bit of water and toss it back like a shot. Be warned, though: It turns red. Very red.) A word to the wise: PLEASE eat something before taking these! I learned the hard way that taking them on an empty stomach can leave you feeling dizzy. Not fun. On the upside, these vitamins definitely put a little extra spring in my step. Waking up with morning wood? Check. Feeling extremely, ahem, energized? Double check. I feel like a teenager again—only this time, I’m waiting for my boys to be fully charged after 30 days of taking these before, you know, actually doing the deed. So, overall, these vitamins have amped up my energy and libido, but the jury’s still out on the baby front. Fingers crossed!

I bought this One A Day Men’s Pre-Conception multivitamin because I wanted something specifically formulated for men instead of trying to piece together several different supplements. I like that it includes nutrients such as zinc, selenium, vitamins C and E, and lycopene all in one tablet. Taking one a day is also much easier than having a countertop full of different bottles and trying to remember what I already took. 😂 The 30 count bottle gives you a full month supply, and the tablets have been easy enough for me to take as part of my normal routine. Obviously, this is the type of supplement where I wouldn’t expect to personally measure or feel an immediate difference, especially with something related to reproductive health. I mainly appreciate the convenience and the fact that the formula is designed specifically for men preparing for conception. Overall, straightforward, convenient, and easy to use. I’m happy with it so far.
