I like that instructions were very easy to follow to program it to my door opener

What’s the frequency?
I learned that Liftmaster changed its remote frequency in 2007 and I needed a replacement unit that operated at that frequency. This was inexpensive and uses AA (which I always have around) rather than 9 volt batteries (which I usually have to run out and buy when I need them). It installed in the same exact screw holes as the original. It programmed very easily and works like a charm. It also was less than half the cost of a Liftmaster version which did not seem to either program or work nearly as well. Only in for a few weeks, so time will tell.

Outside garage remote
Product instruction was fine, installation pretty easy. Had to do the same procedure a few times before it worked. Never used etc support (no N/A rating available). My only issue is occasionally it does not work. Entering the correct code and door does not open. Has happened several times. An hour later, it is working ?? My one-button , one push clip on that I use in my car ALWAYS works.!

Great remote panel for my Liftmaster
This keypad remote work perfectly. It took about 20 seconds each to program with my liftmaster 1/2 HP purple button opener. It uses in 9v battery which was included. my only complaint is just me being a bit lazy. This remote does not close the door by simply pressing the enter button, like my first one did. With this you must enter the code then press enter to either open or close the door. Guess I got spoiled by my last one, where I could just tap the enter button and the door closed. Didn't take any stars off, since it works just fine

5-star for what it is
Works perfectly, and half the price of OEM unit. No issues with setting PIN or pairing, and fits same mounting holes as OEM. Just know that (a) it beeps on each keypress (and I couldn't find any way to silence that) and (b) it does not have the one-button close feature.

Defective item
This remote was easy to program and worked fine initially but after two weeks the battery died. I put in a brand new Duracell battery and after three weeks that battery was dead too. Seems to be a short or something - had to replace the opener again.Alisontech - can I get a refund please?

Great for the pruce.
Price is great compared to other sellers that does the same thing, open the door. Instructions were easy to follow, including the one to cancel stored PIN numbers.Batteries were already installed in their holder, making me think this unit was a returned item, i.e. instruction to cancel old PIN numbers. It looked fine and worked so I guess its moot.

Works great
Had some trouble getting the key pad to pair with door opener. Finally, I was successful and pad works great. Note, of prefer the door would choose without the secret open 4 digit code.
