Q: Can you use this in a die cutting machine like a Sizzix bigshot or Spellbinders Platinum?

I used in in my Accuquilt Studio, so my guess would be yes.

Q: Is this food safe/grade?

I don't believe it's marked as such. I'm a buyer not a seller of this product. However knowing that most CLEAR plastics do not contain the dreaded chemicals that everyone is over worried about might be helpful to educate yourself on that and know how to apply it to what you have in mind for possible uses of this. I can't imagine how it would work for food preparation or use these are such small sheets and would not make good cutting mats if that's what you are thinking. Imagine a mat made to be CUT for stencil designing isn't made to hold up to being chopped on for food prep. Check out the light weight cutting mats for that purpose which are harder to cut through and definitely food safe.

Q: Can this be cut on a 20w diode laser like the ortur lm 2 pro? if not, do you know what material would work?

I tried the Milky 7.5mil on my Ortur and it did not cut. It appears to be transparent to the diode laser.

Hard to cut with cameo4

It is difficult to use 10 mil for cutting stencil in cameo 4. It needs many passes to cut completely, around 10 passes.
