I expected much better from a reputable brand like Bosch, but unfortunately, I found the product’s suction power to be severely lacking. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this product to anyone. Additionally, the return process has been unnecessarily complicated due to it being sold by a third-party seller. To make matters worse, the seller refuses to cover return postage costs, which they intend to deduct from my refund. This has left me extremely dissatisfied with both the product and the overall experience. I hope this feedback helps improve your return policies and ensures better quality control for third-party sellers.

Came with a 2Pin plug on the battery charger no good for U.K. sockets I couldn't charger the battery up to get it working at a price of £158 it should come ready for use .

Expected better from Bosch. Doesn't meet the needs. Only positive is sturdy built. Will not recommend.

Eccellente prodotto. Il primo arrivato aveva un problema alla batteria o al caricabatteria, ma è stato prontamente sostituito. Comprato per avere qualcosa di maneggevole per piccoli lavori, ma è cosi potente e leggero che potrebbe sostituire l'aspirapolvere principale se solo avesse un spazzola da parquet, magari anche solo come optional. Consigliato.
