Para sustituir al tronco
Genial opción económica para no comprar un medio tronco de propiocepción. Si eres de constitución pequeña (50/60 kg), ni siquiera se hunde, es muy firme y fuerte, incluso se puede utilizar al revés para los ejercicios más complicados de core. Eso sí, es más corto que el tronco, pero suficiente para poner los pies al ancho de la cadera.

Sturdy, rigid. Like a very durable styrofoam.
Great for heel/ankle stretching to relieve plantar fasciitis. It’s light weight - it’s styrofoam, but it’s far stronger and sturdier than packaging styrofoam. Won’t crack or crumble (unless really abused and thrown around, I imagine.) great for working on balance too. It’s rigid - not soft at all. Doesn’t give like a gel or an open cell foam.
