I needed something in Place of Plexus so I gave these a try, the flavor isn't overwhelming I'd say it's a nice light watermelon flavor. I noticed how fast I felt hydrated after taking it to the beach with me, it kept me feeling energetic and from feeling exhausted from the sun all day. The packets dissolve quickly by shaking even in ice water! Compared to other brands the price is fair considering the low/no sugar and calorie content while keeping vitamins and electrolyte content. I'd consider it an effective and quality product I'll continue to buy.

I love this product, especially the watermelon flavor! The ingredients are great, and the value for the price is outstanding. I checked other brands and reviews, and this brand came in the top 10. This product is not gritty, but dissolves easily by shaking it in a bottle of water. The most important part of this review is that this product works great for hydration.

Really easy to travel with or use at home. Great for electrolytes for those of us struggling with low blood pressure. Also just gives variety to water during the summer.

Bought these for my wife. While working outside on the car recently I got overheated and was getting dizzy and sick. She gave me a pack and I really like the taste. Good stuff!!! I drank several bottles of regular water and one with this in it for being overheated. I would recommend this! Hope this review helps someone.

Happy with the taste but my package came with 3 servings hard as a rock and all of the packets sticky from some of the product spilling out into the package.
