An all-star creative team continues this mystery-packed weekly hit, featuring writers including James Tynion IV, Scott Snyder, and Tim Seeley and artists Tony S. Daniel, Paul Pelletier, Christian Duce, Andrea Mutti, Fernando Blanco, Scot Eaton and more. Collects BATMAN AND ROBIN ETERNAL #13-26. Beware of Mother. She deals in custom-created humans, taking children who’ve lived through unspeakable tragedies and turning them into weapons or worse. And when Batman couldn’t stop her, what happened instead became his greatest shame…and his greatest secret. Now, Batman is gone. But the heroes who carry on his legacy—Dick Grayson, Red Hood, Red Robin, Bluebird and Cassandra Cain—find Mother’s fingers tightening around their throats. While Red Hood and Red Robin attempt to extract the secret of Mother’s newest weapon from the Order of St. Dumas and its avenger, the deadly Azrael, Dick and Bluebird set out to rescue Cassandra from her father, the assassin Orphan. Review: Probably the best thing to come out of the "New 52" reboot - In general, I'm not a big fan of the new 52 reboot of the DC universe. On the other hand, it produced this really interesting investigation of the iffy morality and general maladjustment and emotional fallout caused by the "child soldier" issue of the multiple underage vigilantes in the Batman family of comic books. The scripting for this story is excellent, in that it makes clear the broad range of personalities represented by the 4 Robins, Bluebird, Spoiler, and Black Bat (who isn't named as such in this particular story for some reason), and aside from that the art is really gorgeous. I think this may very well be the best thing to come out of the new 52 reboot. Review: fantastica - Una muy buena historia, la conclusión a una muy buena historia

Don't listen to the negative reviews. There is so much to love in this story.
First off, I would like to say that this is mostly for people who either A) bought vol1 and want to finish the story, and B) fans of not only Batman, but also the "legacy" that he has left behind him. More on that later. This is the second half of the weekly 26 week story revolving around The former robins, and deals heavily around The Spoiler, Cassandra Cain (batgirl) and Harper Row (bluebird) the main thing I have to say about this story is that it more effectively does what "batman eternal" and "Robin war" we're trying to accomplish. In batman eternal, the story was over 50 issues long, and there were so many times where the story was abysmal because of filler and boring events that made it feel like such a cash grab, and with Robin war, by the end of that story there is almost nothing important that happens, leaving you to feel like you could have went without reading it. Batman and robin eternal not only tells a captivating story, but with important enough events that justify your time and money put into this story. I can whole heartedly recommend this to ANY fan of not only Azrael (very important character in the 90s when knight fall was going on) but also Cassandra Cain (new batgirl up until 2011) and they in my opinion are the highlights of this story because of the justice they are given as comic book characters. We haven't seen them since in the new earth, so it's nice that they got some recognition before rebirth. Hopefully we see them more, but this is also a solid story for the robins as well, each of Batmans pupils gets justice at some point in the story, so I can say a fan of any of them will be pleased. I can say this especially as a Red Hood fan who longs for the day that Jason Tood will finally get a good/solo ongoing series. Now with that said, the art can be inconsistent seeing as how there are more than one of them, and the "big plot twist" shown in this second half can be pretty obvious that "there's more than meets the eye" with the situation, but I rather not give spoilers. Again This book is MORE THAN WORTH YOUR TIME AND MONEY if you Like ANY robin Like Scott Snyders "bluebird" Like the old ninja looking batgirl Like Azrael Like batman stories that don't have batman as the main focus

Batman & Robin Eternal
Again, what a ride! Glad to see batman back in action. The Robins own this book. Mother is down and out by her own creation. And the world is safe once again. What more could you ask for?!

Great series
Mother was a new and powerful opponent. I hope that some how, some way, she shows again. Not crazy not costumed , just the best of your everyday garden variety brilliant, computer savvy villain. I liked her.

5 stars
Great conclusion to the series.. with an all-star cast involving the extended Bat family.. reminiscent of the "Battle for the Cowl" and "Return of Bruce Wayne" days in scope and back story.. definitely a must-read!

Great story by several great storytellers
Picks up where vol1 left off but generally feels more cohesive and organized. Great story by several great storytellers. Connects heavily with Grayson if you want more context.

another chapter in the Batman story
Was good but I didn’t love it. There were definitely some high points but I just was not glue reading the next part every time. Some of it was the art teams were also highs and lows. When the art was better I did find myself more engaged with the story. Also to be fair when I read different volumes I have to at time get caught up on which universe version is this going on from. Sometime it can get confusing if your an older read like myself and you have tons of other canon that does always fit in.

Great End for Great Story
One of the best graphic novel I’ve read this year! I am a Batman’s fan and I like to see members of the BatFamily cross Batman adventures sometimes! But this one let you see the Robins working together while Bruce Wayne isn’t Batman anymore! And we see a little bit of Batman in a story that happen long ago! We discorver new member that I didn’t believe would become so important! Batman and Robin Eternal volume One was a god start and this one is a better end!

BUEN COMIC
Ya tenía en mi colección el vol. 1, obviamente el vol. 2 no podía faltar. Buena recopilación de los número de Batman & Robin Eternal, Snyder y compañia me mantuvieron entretenido de principio a fin, lo recomiendo aunque no seas fan de Batman
